New Israel Fund - English Writer for Social Change

The New Israel Fund was a pioneer of Israel’s civil society and remains the premier supporter and incubator for social-change organizations.

We are seeking an English-language writer to:

· Write and edit reports and proposals for donors
· Write and edit internal and public-facing marcom materials, across the organization’s many fields of activity and for different platforms.
· Liaise with project teams around the country to gather information on a regular basis.

Qualifications:
• Two years of experience in grant writing or related experience
• Work experience with social change or other non-profit organization(s) – an advantage
• Relevant university degree
• Languages: English mother tongue and highly proficient Hebrew- both obligatory. Arabic – a significant advantage.
• Ability to gather information on different topics and from various sources and synthesize it into cohesive, engaging narratives
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail

The position is full-time (with possibility for part-time) and based in Modi’in, Israel. We offer the possibility of hybrid work, with presence in the office required at least two days per week.
