seeks an English-language Resource Development Officer to join its fundraising team.

Job status: full time; the organization’s offices are in Bustan Hagalil (although the position is a hybrid one). Salary range: 11,000 – 13,000.

Duties
- Be responsible for all English-language proposals, reports and donor communications (including budgets);
- Be responsible for English-language marketing communications material;
- Research, identify and reach out to new prospects;
- Coordinate site visits and fundraising trips.
Required Skills and Experience
- Have demonstrated success in writing successful grants, reports and the full gamut of written donor communications;
- Have faultless English and impeccable writing skills;
- Are fluent in Hebrew;
- Be a self-starter who is entrepreneurial and with the confidence and maturity needed to join a driven team;
- Able to meet multiple deadlines and work well under pressure;
- Computer literacy: OFFICE, EXCEL, Salesforce, on-line grant reporting and submission.
