The Israel Movement for Reform and Progressive Judaism seeks
Social Media Manager – Department of Diaspora Relations

Key responsibilities and tasks:
• Develop and execute IMPJ's social media strategy in English, in collaboration with the Department of Diaspora Relations.
• Daily management and upkeep of Facebook, Instagram (posts, reels, stories), TikTok, and YouTube channels in English, covering both technical and content aspects.
• Ongoing (daily) management and maintenance of Facebook, Instagram (posts, reels, stories), TikTok, and YouTube channels in English - technical and content aspects.
• Create, oversee, and edit consistent content across social media platforms, including sourcing and curating relevant material.
• Plan monthly content calendars, incorporating special events and creating textual and video content.
• Promote content and campaigns effectively on social media.
• Write and take photos for posts, as well as edit valuable videos to enhance user engagement.
• Document events and promote them across relevant platforms.
• Develop creative concepts and design Canvas.

Position Requirements:
• Team player.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube) and on-line campaigns
• Excellent English writing skills, specifically for social media.
• Strong photography and video editing skills.
• Full command of Canva and video editing software, including subtitle embedding.
• Familiarity with digital platform analytics tools – advantage.
• Native-level English – spoken and written; good command of Hebrew.
• Familiarity and Identification with the mission, vision and goals of the Reform Movement – advantage.

Terms of position:
 Half time: flexible hours - required
 Office location: Jerusalem, hybrid.
 Start date: immediate.
